Houzz is SoPupuka

Have you heard of Houzz? It's a new to me discovery and one of the only email newsletters I actually read, because it's literally oozing with design eye candy.

From their "About" page:

We are a collaborative platform for home remodeling and design, bringing homeowners and home professionals together in a uniquely visual community.

As you browse the vast selection of beautifully designed spaces, you can add images you like to your own "ideabooks" for future reference, and when you finish a design project, you can upload photos of your own space to Houzz for the community to be inspired by.

Professionals can also create a "pro" account and upload their finished products and connect with homeowners in need of a remodel.

I am SERIOUSLY IN LOVE with this site! I spent about five minutes looking for pictures to embed into this post and I could just keep going and going and going until this post becomes ridiculously long.

I've been trying to pin down my style, which has evolved a lot over the years. I definitely lean toward eclectic. I love bright, energetic tones as well as subdued earthy hues. I love old things and new things. I also love white for the feeling of spaciousness and the way that other colors look so true against it, which I guess is a good thing because we'll probably be renting for the next several years.

But that's just me.

You'll find thousands and thousands of photos of amazing spaces to inspire you, whatever your design style is. But be warned, you can't just take a quick peek at Houzz.
